Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible.

Contact ironcladpetidelabs@gmail.com to start a return. Customers pay return shipping unless the error is ours. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
